Cafe Panorama, Medina

It was April 2018 when I first time visited Tunis. During my stay, I also went to a rooftop Cafe Panorama. The cafe is located in the bustling and famous Medina area. The area is already worth visiting, but so does the Cafe Panorama. The mosaic-adorned café offers a stunning view over the labyrinthlike Medina and Zitouna mosque courtyard.

Why choose it:
There are three good reasons to visit Cafe Panorama Medina. Firstly, the cafe’s location is in a unique area. Secondly, the cafe’s spectacular view over the ancient streets and medieval Medina. Thirdly, the café itself with colorful mosaics and pieces of furniture. Is there any better place to enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of mint tea?

Where to find it:
This cafe might be slightly challenging to find. Show the picture of the Cafe Panorama to locals, and they will definitely help you out. Mentioning La Maison d’Orient carper shop might be helpful as the cafe is located on the rooftop.
