Maybe, I should say who it is? Instead of what is it? As Frederic Cassel is a multi-award-winning pastry chef from France. Besides France, they have also opened a restaurant lounge in Lac 2, Tunis.
In Frederic Cassel, you can enjoy breakfast, brunch, coffee, or dinner. This place is also a patisserie, so you can purchase sweet pastries and cakes. Note to yourself that, in Lac 2 area selling alcohol isn’t allowed, so you won’t enjoy your dinner with wine.

Even the place itself is already worth visiting, in addition, they have delicious food. They offer Tunisian and Mediterranean dishes with an elegant touch: lamb shank slowly baked in the Berber way, seared duck breast with honey and vinegar sauce, Mediterranean wild Sea Bass with old-fashioned Ratatouille and Molten chocolate cake.

Okay, as you might already know that Tunisia isn’t the country of Sushi. But I wanted to share where you get the best Sushi in Tunis. In case the sushi craving hits you. Restaurant Go! Sushi is located in a vibrant area El Manar 2. Their menu includes a large sushi selection: Nigiri, Maki, California, Sashimi, etc. But also grilled Yakitori skewers, poke bowls, and miso soup.
