The story with Les Noctambules is a little bit different, as they are not actually a cocktail bar. So, you won’t find a cocktail bar called Les Noctambules (at least for now). The idea is that different bars, nightclubs, lounges can buy a cocktail bar service from them. For example, now you can find Les Noctambules cocktail bar inside the lounge Circus in Gammarth.
Les Noctambules offer high-quality cocktails. They have planned the menu carefully that also follows the seasons. I like that concept! At least I find myself drinking different kinds of drinks in different seasons. I choose refreshing, citrusy, or fruity cocktails on sunshiny summer days. I prefer to drink something warming, spicy, or intensive in wintertime.

After the summer Tangerine Rooftop closes its doors. Luckily, we don’t need to move around much. As once you go downstairs you will find a Club Gingembre. According to them, the Club Gingembre is everything about booze, bites, and boogieing.
At the beginning of the evening, the Club Gingembre is a bar-restaurant and later on changes to be a nightclub. This is a brilliant idea! First eating and drinking and later on dancing. If you are willing to enjoy your cocktails calmly, I advise you to do it before the nightclub opens.
You enjoy a place with a funky atmosphere, perfectly mixed cocktails, and savory bites. Then this is the place for you. Not only can you drink and snack here.
